Sunday was our last day in Florida. We were excited to spend the day relaxing. We packed up and headed to church just for sacrament meeting. We then headed to Coco beach, about a hour away. When we got to the beach we stopped to get lunch at a subway. We used their bathroom to change into our swimsuits. Parking was hard, so different then how it was in Gulf Shores. There is no public parking. We had a hard time deciding what parking was legal and didn't want to risk our car being towed. We decided to park in someone's yard who was charging, worth the $5 knowing we parked safely. The beach was perfect! The water was nice and warm and relaxing in the sand was just what we needed. We jumped around in the waves and collected some shells to take home. There were tons of boats out in the water and not long after we got settled they started racing around in a big circle. There were several helicopters following them around. It was cool to watch but then the noise got old since we were wanting to relax. They didn't race around forever so that was nice. We had bought some snacks for the beach while we were at Walgreen's the other night and it was nice to have something to snack on there. Time at the beach went way to fast. Soon we needed to get on our way. We were all on the same flight home that evening. Natalie's flight would connect and she would continue onto Omaha. We packed up and stopped at a gas station to change back into our clothes. I had packed some wet wipes that we were thankful to have. We used them to wipe off our arms and legs so we weren't covered in salt as we flew home. We got to the airport, returned our rental car and got something to eat for dinner there. We had a nice flight home and just like that the trip was over. Natalie's flight had been delayed and she had still several more hours of travel, we felt sorry for her! My parents came to be with my kids so JJ could attend seminary graduation. Our stake center is right by the airport and it worked perfect for him to get us when graduation was over. We brought Courtney to our house and she then went home with my parents. I am so thankful I had to opportunity to go and spend time with my sisters. I loved being with them and getting to know them better. So many great memories were made. I am so glad JJ encouraged and supported me going. It was a great trip and the perfect little getaway.
