Saturday we had a family celebration for Garrett's birthday. Sunday was going to be a busy day and we wanted to make sure we had special celebration just for him. We ordered pizza and had everyone up for dinner. After dinner we had cake and ice cream, he requested chocolate cake and chocolate frosting.
It was fun to have everyone up to the house and have a big get together. We had a house full of family and I am glad we have a home to be able to accommodate everyone.
The cousins are so cute together, they are always so excited to see each other and have such a fun time playing together.
Garrett, he loves to swing and could swing all day. He has always loved to swing!
After we played outside for a little bit we came back inside to open some presents. He was so excited to see what he got from everyone.
Grandma and Grandpa Rahm gave him this spider man and a spider man beach towel. It will get lots of use this summer at the pool.
The cousins were very interested in what Garrett got. I could barely see what he got sometimes! He got lots of fun puzzles from his cousins. He loves puzzles.
After presents we went outside to play in the street. Lucy got a hop scotch game that the kids enjoyed playing together and we did some jump rope while we were out there.
It was a fun evening and I am glad that everyone was able to come celebrate Garrett and his birthday! He is such a special boy and I am glad we were able to celebrate him!
